<p><strong>Our client</strong> is a well-established organization committed to promoting Emiratization. They seek a highly experienced professional to lead their efforts in attracting and developing local talent.</p><p><strong>Your role</strong>: As the Emiratization Vision Leader, you will develop and implement a comprehensive external marketing strategy in collaboration with corporate affairs and Talent Acquisition teams. Your primary objective will be to promote opportunities for local talent and oversee the execution of HR initiatives aligned with this vision. You will conduct research, engage in business planning, and coordinate efforts to deliver top-notch Localization programs. In addition, you will influence talent acquisition strategies to attract exceptional local talent and establish a proactive, strategic plan for ongoing Emiratization management. Building external relationships with key governing bodies and organizations to influence policy and decision-making will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute an external marketing strategy in partnership with corporate affairs and Talent Acquisition teams.</li><li>Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for local talent and manage the HR aspects of the execution plan.</li><li>Conduct research, business planning, and coordination to ensure the delivery of outstanding Localization programs.</li><li>Influence talent acquisition processes and strategies to attract high-calibre local talent.</li><li>Develop and implement a proactive, strategic plan for the ongoing management of Emiratization efforts.</li><li>Foster external relationships with key governing bodies and organizations to influence policy, decision-making, and benchmark internal initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Must have:</strong></p><ul><li>12+ years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English.</li><li>Previous experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.</li><li>Extensive experience working in Middle Eastern markets.</li><li>Emirati nationals with a family book will be given high preference.</li></ul><p></p>
