<p><span>Business Area</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Working closely with the larger Creative team, you will be using your top end conceptual and ideation experience to build strong creative messaging to drive creativity and produce amazing cultural Experience. You will be able to understand complex problems and produce creative solutions and then manage and govern the creative as the project evolves – you will using your outstanding design skills to produce outstanding work and you are able to mentor team members to get the best out of them too.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span>Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities</span></p><ul><li><span>Using your creativity and design thinking you will help communicate visual stories and solve clients’ problems with creative conceptual solutions.</span></li><li><span>Creating impactful visual content that aids the development and presentation of clients’ stories, ensuring their quality, consistency and effectiveness.</span></li><li><span>You will feel comfortable to push the boundaries of how we visually communicate concepts, business models, strategic narratives, brand stories, and presentation materials</span></li><li><span>You will be able to understand the big idea and then deliver a concise story to sell this in and make it relevant to potential clients.</span></li><li><span>You will deliver copy that will be at the heart of the big idea and reflects the values and core of the culture experience.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Execute strategic, bespoke and routine design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritising work and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.</span></li><li><span>Determine project scope including effective brief taking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timescales, to define cost estimates for complex experience, interpretive and Exhibition design scope.</span></li><li><span>Educate and influence clients to ensure that deadlines are delivered accurately and on schedule and within budget.</span></li><li><span>Actively contribute to strategy sessions and follow-up/debrief meetings with all levels of staff within Knowliom.</span></li><li><span>Work with team members to implement and drive internal initiatives/projects which contribute to an enhanced service offering and promote awareness within Knowliom.</span></li><li><span>Identify and initiate improvements to the design and execution of graphics material.</span></li><li><span>May be required to undergo training in other disciplines to assist when necessary.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Required skills</span></p><ul><li><span>Formal qualification in Graphic Design and/or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.</span></li><li><span>Advanced technical skills in Adobe Create Suite (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/XD) packages.</span></li><li><span>Have strong skills in typography, layout, digital design and colour.</span></li><li><span>Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.</span></li><li><span>Strong copywriting skills that will amplify knowliom tone of voice.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with staff at all levels.</span></li><li><span>Good project/time management and problem-solving skills..</span></li><li><span>Excellent project and time management skills.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Competencies</span></p><ul><li><span>Routinely demonstrates drive and resilience, working flexibly in a pressurised and deadline-driven environment.</span></li><li><span>A team player who takes ownership of their work and shares the responsibility of meeting the team’s service delivery goals.</span></li><li><span>Focuses on delivering quality service and demonstrates attention to detail.</span></li><li><span>A good understanding of the role of a brand within an organisation and the importance of consistent corporate identity and communications.</span></li><li><span>Maintain awareness of latest techniques, software packages, equipment, best practices and developments within the design community.</span></li><li><span>Customer service focused, and able to liaise and influence staff at all levels</span></li><li><span>Professional, confident, and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can-do attitude.</span></li><li><span>Work effectively in a team environment, including co-working on projects, co-developing ideas, giving and receiving constructive feedback.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise an often-conflicting workload.</span></li><li><span>Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment.
