<strong>The opportunity</strong><p><br></p><strong>Project:</strong> This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.<p><br></p>Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.<p><br></p><strong><u>Your Responsibilities Will Include</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensuring that the current procedures and governance procedures/rules including those which may be established over the course of the programme are strictly adhered to. </li><li>Managing current approvals process through the District Controls Group (DCG) leadership panel. </li><li>Ensuring that the governance and approvals process follows client and stakeholders’ priorities, requirements, and expectations. </li><li>Coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to governance and approvals processes are in line with current processes and contractual obligations. </li><li>Managing and reviewing of master control schedule to ensure that governance and approvals processes complement the current timeline and ensure delays to programme do not arise due to delayed governance/approvals submissions. </li><li>Conducting a review of current governance under the programme and assessing for gaps and improvements. </li><li>Supporting stakeholder engagement with governance and compliance issues </li><li>Providing independent assurance that the project teams are undertaking their governance and compliance issues. </li><li>Understanding of governance, transformational change management methodologies, resources and tools, and project delivery with strong business and technical acumen. </li><li>Supporting large organizations’ transitions into a maturity phase while also managing complex yet ambitious processes, systems, and organization-wide transformation projects </li><li>Ensuring and maintaining a strong partnership with business process owners and technologies. </li><li>Collecting business requirements and using them to guide the collaborative implementation of a governance and compliance protocol/system. </li><li>Developing a robust program governance regime comprising policies, processes, and procedures. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>About You</u></strong><p><br></p>You have a relevant degree qualification, are digitally competent, and can build trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors in the project environment. You have a degree or equivalent with professional work experience. Broad knowledge of governance, policies, procedures, and business plans (e.g., budget, and fiscal management policies, and decision-making processes).<p><br></p>You will have a relevant degree qualification. You have experience in finance and financial reporting. You have experience in defining and implementing process governance and data programs.<p><br></p>You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.
