As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in KSA.<br><br>Role Overview:<br><br>The Business Development Engineer will play a critical role in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships in the modular construction industry. This position requires a unique combination of technical expertise, market knowledge and the major stakeholders, and exceptional interpersonal skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities that align with our company’s goals. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective business development strategies.<br>Responsibilities:<br><br>1. Market Analysis:<br><br>• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential market segments, key competitors, and emerging trends in the modular construction industry.<br>• Evaluate market demands, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements to inform business development strategies.<br>• Provide insights and recommendations on product development and market positioning<br>based on market analysis findings.<br><br><br>2. Lead Generation and Relationship Building:<br><br>• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners to expand business opportunities.<br>• Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to facilitate lead generation and business growth.<br>• Develop and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication, tailored<br>proposals, and exemplary customer service.<br><br><br>3. Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:<br><br>• Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations in collaboration with the sales<br>and engineering teams.<br>• Participate in contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure profitable<br>partnerships.<br><br><br><br>Requirements:<br><br>• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Architecture, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).<br>• Proven 5- 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry in KSA, with a focus on modular construction being a strong advantage.<br>• Excellent proven track with previous engagement with the sector’s stakeholders starting from Real Estate developers, Leading contracting companies and consultants.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.<br>• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.<br>• Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills.<br>• Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
