<strong><u>Description</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Summary/Objective</strong><p><br></p>Tempus Unlimited is looking for an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Support in our Stoughton, Springfield or Salem Massachusetts offices.<p><br></p><strong>Fulltime, Monday β Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, 35 hours a week, hybrid 2 days in office 3 days home</strong><p><br></p>The qualified Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Support will be responsible for supporting Tempus Unlimited Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) program. This involves a broad range of activities through training, implementation, rollout, and ongoing support, requiring system management and communication skills. Assure ongoing compliance with Tempus quality and FI contract requirements.<p><br></p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Assist Consumers and Personal Care Attendants (PCA) through training, implementation, rollout and ongoing support</li><li> Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) account set up</li><li> Guide Consumers and PCA’s with entering and adjusting timesheet shifts</li><li> Troubleshoot (e.g.) logging in to the Services Portal Unified Consumer Application (UCP) and the HHAeXchange+ Unified Mobile Application (UMA) device</li><li> Virtual and call center customer service experience</li><li> Time management skills</li><li> Microsoft Suite operating system experience</li><li> Patience and empathy, will be working with persons with disabilities</li><li> Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and meet deadlines</li><li> Strong interpersonal and analytical skills</li><li> Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li> Excellent organizational skills</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Who is Tempus? </strong>Tempus Unlimited, established in 1950 as Cerebral Palsy of Massachusetts, provides a continuum of services that support the efforts of children and adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the least restrictive environment.
