This requires a strategic thinker and someone who strives to drive innovation.<p><br></p><strong><u>What You’ll Do For Us</u></strong><p><br></p>Ensures alignment of business priorities and sales/customer accounts; applies highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in sales and has responsibility for important and strategic channels; pursues sales leads, promotes products, concludes orders and arranges internal sales logistics; guides new sales representatives. Individual contributor who guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures; works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.<p><br></p><ul><li>This role supports the Franchise Unit Leader, in developing our IC & OP (immediate consumption & on-premises) channel commercial execution growth pillars along with e-commerce and new revenue.</li><li>streams and channels</li><li>Responsible to drive cold space expansion across the franchise in line with the strategic priority to double the bet.</li><li>Lead commercial execution on channels PICOS on-line and off-line.</li><li>Lead the evolution of the Franchise’s Commercial processes (Road to Market) as we evolve to a consumer-centric organization so as supporting our bottlers on the omnichannel and digital transformation of the RTM.</li><li>Metrics Management: Custodian of all channel metrics responsible to manage commercial metrics dashboards. This role will also provide commercial analysis and reports. Build right systems and routines to collate and publish reports for the team.</li><li>Responsible for driving the Operating Unit Execution Cup – monthly reporting and tracking of progress, collation of quarterly results, for specific channel.</li><li>Project management of various channel initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualification & Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 7-8 years commercial/franchise/trade marketing/operations experience</li><li>E-commerce and digital transformation experience is a plus.</li><li>Proven ability to work across cultures, and multiple functions.</li><li>Strong, proven self-starter with superior leadership skills and capabilities</li><li>Proven ability to lead and influence teams to align resources towards a common goal, leveraging best-in-class approaches and methodologies; ability to effectively interact and influence various levels of management across the system.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Functional Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Sound understanding of commercial concepts and practices: RTM, RGM, PICOS, assortment’s, segmentation, OBPPC, channel execution.</li><li>Proven project management capabilities</li><li>Superior analytical capabilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What We Can Do </strong><strong>For</strong><strong> You</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You will be part of the Africa Customer & Commercial team where teams are the new heroes and our leaders are inclusive orchestrators.
