LWe are seeking a customer-focused and highly motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer issues efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>- Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and assist with customer inquiries.<br>- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, and promotions.<br>- Resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.<br><br><br>Requirements:<br>- 1+ year(s) of call center/customer service experience.<br>- Strong communication skills in English.<br>- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<br>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br>- Basic computer skills.
