We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced <strong>Property Leasing Specialist</strong> to join our team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Client Acquisition: Actively prospect, network, and generate leads to identify potential clients interested in leasing properties in Dubai.</li><li>Property Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available properties, including online listings, social media campaigns, and collaborations with industry partners.</li><li>Property Showings: Conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of available properties to prospective tenants, ensuring a high level of customer service.</li><li>Tenant Screening: Evaluate and screen potential tenants by reviewing their rental applications, conducting background checks, verifying employment and income details, and assessing their suitability for the property.</li><li>Lease Negotiations: Negotiate lease terms and conditions, rental rates, and other contractual terms with potential tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li><li>Lease Preparation: Prepare accurate lease agreements and relevant documentation, ensuring all necessary details and clauses are included, and obtain necessary signatures from both parties.</li><li>Tenant Relations: Foster positive and professional relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.</li><li>Market Analysis: Stay updated with the real estate market trends, rental rates, and property laws in Dubai, and provide recommendations to management for optimizing rental returns.</li><li>Database Management: Maintain an organized and updated database of available properties, potential tenants, and lease agreements, using the company’s CRM system.</li><li>Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties related to property leasing, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating with the finance department for rental collection and deposits.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in property leasing, preferably in Dubai’s real estate market.</li><li>Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Market: Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, including knowledge of popular residential and commercial areas, rental rates, legal requirements, and market trends.</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate lease terms with clients from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Networking and Sales Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into successful lease agreements.</li><li>Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service mindset with the ability to provide a positive and professional experience to clients and tenants.</li><li>Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail when reviewing lease agreements, conducting tenant screenings, and maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software, CRM systems, online listing platforms, and other relevant tools used in the real estate industry.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License: Possession of a valid UAE driving license and personal car.</li><li>Professional Certification: Real estate certifications such as RERA certification or similar credentials would be an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join our dynamic team and contribute to our success in providing exceptional property leasing services in Dubai.
