<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>To fulfill and achieve distribution and sales objectives for key brands in the on-trade channel through the successful implementation of sales strategies and plans</li><li>To ensure full compliance with sales, price management, promotion, and merchandising</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Distribution</strong></p><ul><li>To ensure distribution objectives for specific SKUs are achieved as per the sales plan</li><li>Focus on driving sales in neighborhood bars and pubs</li><li>To ensure a high standard of presence and merchandising for key products in the trade</li><li>To ensure target price levels for both trade and consumers are implemented</li></ul><p><strong>Promotions</strong></p><ul><li>Identify target outlets, negotiate, and implement promotional activities at the highest possible standard</li><li>Feedback and evaluation of results for sales and marketing management’s review</li></ul><p><strong>Control</strong></p><ul><li>To recommend the appropriate level of credit and duration to trade accounts as per standard policies and procedures</li><li>To ensure collection through pro-active evaluation and management of receivables to achieve collection target as set by sales management</li></ul><p><strong>Trade Relationships</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain amicable win-win relationships with key customers</li><li>Manage and improve the performance of assigned trade accounts</li></ul><p><strong>Sales Management</strong></p><ul><li>To achieve the following core KPIs</li><li>Brand sales target volume</li><li>Trade spends (A&P, NSI, FTT)</li><li>Evaluate outlet date, call targets, and trade information on a regular basis to drive improvement in sales efficiency</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and above</li><li>2 years of sales experience in multinational FMCG companies</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality</li><li>Possess an analytical and logical thinking process</li><li>Disciplined approach to the management of people and work</li><li>Computer skills – MS Office</li><li>Ability to work under pressure to deliver targets within tight deadlines</li><li>Creative problem solving</li><li>Formidable team player</li></ul>
