<p><strong>Job Description:</strong><span> The full-time Event Sponsorship Sales Executive is responsible for the development, implementation, and fulfillment of sponsorship sales. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>This key role is responsible for establishing the strategies and philosophies that will drive the sales team and plans to achieve targeted revenue objectives, ensuring that decisions drive the long-term success of the department and the group.</span></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>路 Create sponsorship opportunities (event marketing packages) for special events, and cultivate, procure and manage sponsors, partners, and display vendors.</span></p><p><span>路 Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with current and potential sponsors.</span></p><p><span>路 Meet and exceed projections, schedules, and timelines provided by manager. </span></p><p><span>路 Identify and prioritize sponsorship opportunities and/or group ticket sales</span></p><p><span>路 Smartly manage Sponsor, Partner, and Vendor relationships via quality communication</span></p><p><span>路 Contact prospective companies and individuals to initiate the sales effort. Follow up on leads generated by outside sources.</span></p><p><span>路 Schedule meetings and prepare, customize, and present sponsorship sales proposals to potential sponsors.</span></p><p><span>路 Negotiate and compile sales contracts and agreements.</span></p><p><span>路 Conduct online virtual daily tour meetings for prospective sponsors. Deliver requested information and deliverables A-Z to potential sponsors in a timely manner.</span></p><p><span>路 Lead or assist in the negotiations of building sponsors portfolios.</span></p><p><span>路 Assist in the preparation and design of sponsorship sales brochures, pamphlets, advertisements, or other sales materials with or without the help of production team </span></p><p><span>路 Voluntary work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to achieve the targets </span></p><p><span>路 Achieve targets and report daily to the manager (no exceptions) </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>路 Effective communication skills and development of good working relationships with staff, prospective, existing clients, and strategic partners.</span></p><p><span>路 Achievement of objectives as set in the Sales Plan, within the established timelines.</span></p><p><span>路 Increase community engagement and brand awareness.</span></p><p><span>路 Customer service mindset.</span></p><p><span>路 Creative, decisive.</span></p><p><span>路 Effective communication and relationship-building skills.</span></p><p><span>路 Independent worker with limited supervision needed.</span></p><p><span>路 Strong time management, organizational, and project management skills.</span></p><p><span>路 Able to multitask on a regular basis.</span></p><p><span>路 Comfortable and successful working with diverse groups of people.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Duration: Permanent or Contract </span></p><p><span>Hours: 48 hours per week, (Sat/Sun off, two days weekend 馃槉) *may need to be flexible due to project time/country/Time zones.</span></p><p><span>Training: if required and it will be about the companies/industry and job roles for this industry to ensure you sell to the right people</span></p><p><span>Salary: Entry level and can be fixed basic or commission only </span></p>
