Luxury Skincare Field Trainer – Based in Dubai

<p>The RIG Recruitment is currently working with a Luxury Skincare Retailer with 8 international brands and 25 stores across Dubai.</p><p><br></p><p>They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Trainer to join their team. They require someone who has been a trainer previously and who can hit the ground running. </p><p><br></p><p>It is a crucial role that will be training and developing the sales staff on the shop floor. </p><p><br></p><p>Primary responsibility is to boost sales, enhance motivation, improve product knowledge, and ensure the successful implementation of classroom training. </p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications: </p><p><br></p><p>· Previous experience in a training or coaching role within the beauty, skincare, or luxury retail industry is highly desirable. </p><p>· Proven track record of driving sales performance and motivating teams to achieve targets. </p><p>· Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends. </p><p>· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. </p><p>· Ability to adapt training techniques to different learning styles and skill levels. </p><p>· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. </p><p>· Flexibility to travel to different store locations within Dubai and Abu Dhabi</p><p><br></p><p>Salary is between AED 15,000 plus commission, medical, flights and visa</p><p><br></p><p>If of interest, kindly share your cv to lucinda.sayer@therigrecruitment.com</p>
