<strong>Scope of work</strong><p><br></p>A network consultant to be onboarded to perform the below set of activities.<p><br></p><strong>Verify &amp; update Documentation</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>ADNET/FedNet/Etisalat/DU Link Details across all connected sites WAN and Internet</li><li>DR procedure document to be provided if applicable</li><li>Heatmap diagram that illustrate the distribution and coverage of the WiFi across the site</li><li>Network Device Inventory (List of All hardware/software products with service/support contracts with End of Sale \Support status for devices)</li><li>Architecture – HLD (High Level Design of the Backup Infrastructure) </li><li>List of current digital and technology contracts and summary scope of work </li><li>Provide and review schematic design for IDF-MDF interconnectivity along with ISP providers passive connectivity.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Historical data &amp; Management tools Analysis</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>List of monitoring tools available for the network layer. </li><li>List of incident and problem management tools </li><li>List of service level management and service level agreement (SLA) tracking and reporting tools. </li><li>Any available bandwidth and performance monitoring tools. </li><li>Confirm the UPS backup time, load , health and capacity.</li><li>Confirm all the assets are falling under AMC contract and with up-to-date license . What is the level of support? OEM vs Partner?</li><li>Verify the corporate and guest WiFi setups and deployment.</li><li>Verify the remote working policy and procedure.<br></li></ul>
