As a key member of our installation and maintenance department, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of low current security and automation systems. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Install, program, and maintain low current security and automation systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercoms, audio/video, and other related systems.<br><br>Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and ensure the installation meets clients’ specifications.<br><br>Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions promptly and efficiently.<br><br>Test and inspect system components to ensure proper functionality and compliance with industry standards.<br><br>Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on system enhancements or upgrades.<br><br>Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their security and automation systems.<br><br>Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.<br><br>Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements in low current security and automation systems.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred.<br><br>Proven experience in installing and maintaining low current security and automation systems, including working knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and intercoms. Minimum of 1 year experience.<br><br>Strong understanding of low voltage principles, cabling, and electrical wiring.<br><br>Proficient in using testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.<br><br>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues.<br><br>Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<br><br>Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.<br><br>Valid driver’s license<br><br><br>How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, cover letter, and any relevant certifications to info@itiology.com.
