<p><em>Job Title: Ticketing Agent</em></p><p><em>Location: Casablanca Mohamed V Airport</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Provide all necessary and required passenger/customer services as contracted by the customer reservations, ticketing, and other duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Represent the airline to its passengers </p><p>• Mastering all ticket systems necessary for the proper management of operations </p><p>• Ensure a good management and reliability of cash </p><p>• Achieve reliable financial reporting </p><p>• Mastering the extranet of companies and the update of all procedures </p><p>• Manage difficult customers</p><p> • Represent the airlines companies to passengers </p><p>• Sell and issue tickets and provide informations as needed </p><p>• Confirm and modify flight reservations </p><p>• Apply different policies of Safety and Security </p><p>• Operate equipment to include the jet way, computer keyboards, and carrier specific reservation/ ticketing software </p><p>• Manage overbook cases and INADs through alternatives and immediate solutions </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Competencies:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Minimum Education Bac +02 or equivalent</p><p>· Min Experience 2 Years as Ticketing Agent (Sky Speed, …)</p><p>· Amadeus system skills </p><p>· English/French/Arabic/</p><p>· Must be able to type and learn airline specific computer reservation/ ticketing software</p><p>· SPI, security and DGR Standards and procedures </p><p>· Self-motivated and able to work independently. </p><p>· Attentive to detail and numerate </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>About Swissport</u></strong></p><p><em>Swissport International Ltd. is the leading Ground Services Provider to the aviation industry.
