<p>We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between Sellers and Buyers, Landlords and Tenants. As a sales or leasing consultant, you will be responsible for generating new property listings from the owner side, as well as supporting the potential clients to fulfill their housing requirements by using all online portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:</p><p>- To be active in the market, generating new listings to the company from both cold calling and new inquiries</p><p>- Communicating with owners with a view to lease or sell their properties</p><p>- Build up relationships with existing owners and buyers/tenants by calling or by meeting</p><p>- Handling inquiries from owners and prospective buyers/tenants, maintain consistent follow-up to convert into appointments</p><p>- Conducting viewing appointments, registering clients and sending suitable properties</p><p>- Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process</p><p>- Have local knowledge of the communities to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Minimum 0-5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent.</p><p><span>- Must be proactive, Task oriented, Self-driven and Hard working</span></p><p>- Extensive background in commercial and residential real estate</p><p>- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills</p><p>- Strong networking and sales skills</p>
