Job Description

Greet customers in a friendly way and present menu items<br><br>• Ensure safety and security on transacting with cash/card at Cash Counters<br>• Keep the correct track record in registering of transactions in POS (Point of Sale) system<br>• Collect and process customer pavments accurately<br>• Take and dispatch customers’ orders for dine- in, takeaway or delivery<br>• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff for food preparation<br>• Inform customers about the special offers and discounts of the store, and upsell additional products when appropriate<br>• Keep work counters and customer areas clean and organized<br>• Work as per duty schedule and shift<br>• You must have two to three years of work experience as a Cashier in a food and beverage industry<br>• You must be trustworthy, high-flier over teamwork and in communication<br>• You must maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness<br>• You must have the attention to details and patience for customers<br>• You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment<br>• You are currently located in the UAE and preferably available to join immediately benefits
