We have a clear purpose that we live by, which is to help leaders, businesses, and organisations to&nbsp;thrive, make a difference, and succeed.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>In this client-facing role of Advisor, you will provide clients with communications and media advice, ideas, and great work that contributes to them standing out from the crowd.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>You will work with great clients&nbsp;managing the day-to-day relationship,&nbsp;and be proactive in delivering agreed work to a&nbsp;consistently&nbsp;high standard.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>With a creative&nbsp;and strategic&nbsp;mindset, you will contribute to solving problems, developing&nbsp;engaging content, and generating&nbsp;ideas that help our clients exceed their media and communications objectives. This role may come with some line management responsibilities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we are looking for:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Confident in managing client accounts, being the day-to-day contact and ensuring good project management.&nbsp;</li><li>Confident in developing client-focused media and communication strategies that achieve impactful results.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong&nbsp;media relations&nbsp;skills with good media contacts and experience in developing and placing engaging media stories&nbsp;and activation.</li><li>Excellent writing skills&nbsp;to develop compelling and engaging messaging, long-form articles, and press releases.</li><li>Passion for developing engaging content.</li><li>Good problem solver and strategic thinker.</li><li>Adept at client counsel to provide ideas, solutions, and deliver timely actions.</li><li>Ability to prioritise workload to deliver on time and to a&nbsp;consistently&nbsp;high standard.</li><li>Adept at undertaking research to identify relevant insights.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as an effective team member to proactively ensure deliverables are always met.</li><li>Experience in developing and managing integrated campaigns is advantageous.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years&nbsp;of relevant&nbsp;experience working in PR, media, and communications&nbsp;gained in a PR/Communications agency role.</li><li>Relationship with Tier 1 media locally in the UAE is essential and in the GCC is desirable.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills</li></ul>
