<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Operations Administrator will play a pivotal role in coordinating all tasks within the operations team, maintaining accurate records and inventory tracking for our housekeeping department, as well as managing our comprehensive furniture inventory for all managed properties. The role requires efficient communication across our housekeeping, operations, and maintenance departments to ensure the timely resolution of any issues and maintenance of our high-quality service standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Coordinate and manage all operational tasks, ensuring efficient workflow within the team.</li><li>Oversee and maintain comprehensive inventory records for housekeeping supplies and apartment furniture.</li><li>Proactively identify, communicate, and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with housekeeping, operations, and maintenance departments to expedite resolution.</li><li>Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to avoid shortages and excesses.</li><li>Assist in preparing regular reports and analyses on inventory turnover, operational efficiency, and issue resolution.</li><li>Ensure all properties are consistently furnished and supplied to Livbnb’s standards.</li><li>Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of necessary items.</li><li>Continuously propose improvements to operational systems, processes, and best practices.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li>Proven experience in operations management or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management systems).</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and swiftly resolve issues.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>High school degree; BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field is a plus.</li></ol><p><br></p>
