That makes buying and selling travel-related products and services simpler for both travellers and partners.<p><br></p>The <strong>Financial Systems</strong> team in the FinTech business unit provides technical expertise to the finance department and is responsible for supporting and innovating SAP ERP/S4HANA, SAP BI, Native HANA solutions, and many other connected external systems like Ivalua, Conga or Blackline. We want to change the way people work with enterprise systems, by building an application platform that supports simplification of business processes and empowers the finance community with better integrations and financial insights.<p><br></p>As an Ivalua Specialist, you will design and implement solutions for new finance initiatives, day-to-day Ivalua optimization, setting up new functionalities, customizing or modifying existing functionalities to transform the as-is processes.<p><br></p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong><p><br></p>Drive together with PM: Product roadmap ideas, validation, data prep etc.<p><br></p><ul><li> Lead Ivalua integration solution support issues and enhancements</li><li> POC with the Integration team</li><li> Responsible for Product and Morpheus technical alignment – regarding Ivalua environments, upgrade communication, Product initiatives impacting Morpheus branch etc.</li></ul><p><br></p>L2/L3 BAU Support<p><br></p><ul><li>Deliver BAU enhancements and critical bugs support</li><li> Support audit inquiries support for both Ivalua ITGC and Business Controls -&gt; Ivalua ITGC Control Owner</li><li> Design &amp; config &amp; delivery new features per the product roadmap</li><li> Perform peer reviews for Ivalua changes</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong><p><br></p>1 Ivalua Functional Specialist should have minimum 3-5 years Ivalua hands-on experience including solution configuration and working on SQL. Ivalua L3 Certification Integration (API, EAI, ETL) for P2P solution. At least 1 full cycle of Ivalua implementation experience (P2P with integrations preferably to SAP) is must. Experience in maintaining live Ivalua Buyer solution with working integrations. Experience with Ivalua integrations with SAP ECC or/and SAP S4 is an advantage. Experience working with Mulesfoft is a plus.<p><br></p>2 Experience in in different integration solutions such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, CSV, XML, CXML, EDI, JSON. Experienced in Integration linked to Procurement process is an advantage<p><br></p><strong>3 </strong>Ability to have good grasp of the detail and manage multiple priorities in a quick turnaround environment. Functional knowledge of sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing and/or invoicing. Experience with SAP MM and SAP Vendor invoice management is an advantage. Good in collecting the business requirements and translating the requirements to technical consultants.<p><br></p>4 Hands-on experience in preparing functional specification, technical specification and conducting testing including UAT. Strategic thinking, being able to balance mid-term objectives with short-term tactics and goals. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, Organised, flexible, proactive and result-oriented.
