S/He handles projects from initiation to closing through coordinating the needed resources, tracking/controlling and measuring/reporting progress, activities, cost and risks.<br><br><strong>Main Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Technical and Operations<br></strong><ul><li> Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as per signed agreement; </li><li> Ensure all projects delivered fall within time, scope, quality and cost constraints; </li><li> Assist in the definition of project success criteria and objectives involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality; </li><li> Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques; </li><li> Measure project performance and manage issues and risks using appropriate tools and techniques; </li><li> Manage and maintain solid relationships with the client and all stakeholders; </li><li> Run project status meetings with clients as required and develop related reports accordingly; </li><li> Develop and manage project dependencies; </li><li> Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; </li><li> Achieve professional certifications related to the scope of work; <br><br></li></ul><strong>Talent Development<br></strong><ul><li> Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership; </li><li> Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan; </li><li> Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field </li><li> PMP/PRINCE II certification </li><li> At least 2 years of relevant experience </li><li> Customer centric </li><li> Agile </li><li> Accountable </li><li> Planning and organizing </li><li> Business Awareness </li><li> Negotiation </li><li> Leadership </li><li> Problem solving and decision making</li></ul>
