<p>We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive Director to join our dynamic supply chain and logistics company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This role requires exceptional leadership, strong industry knowledge, and a proven track record in generating revenue and building successful business relationships.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.</li><li><strong> </strong>Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion within the supply chain and logistics industry.</li><li><strong> </strong>Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.</li><li><strong> </strong>Analyze data and market insights to formulate effective strategies for revenue growth.</li><li><strong> </strong>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.</li><li><strong> </strong>Lead negotiations, contract development, and pricing discussions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.</li><li><strong> </strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.</li><li><strong> </strong>Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s market presence and capabilities.</li><li><strong> </strong>Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and technology providers.</li><li><strong> </strong>Set ambitious sales targets and drive the achievement of revenue goals.</li><li><strong> </strong>Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective measures to optimize results.</li><li><strong> </strong>Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.</li><li><strong> </strong>Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.</li><li><strong> </strong>Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.</li><li><strong> </strong>Conduct competitive analysis to identify market differentiators and maintain a competitive edge.</li><li><strong> </strong>Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and potential risks and opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>10+ years’ of Business Development, Operations or Sales in GCC countries.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business. </li><li>Master Degree is a plus.</li><li>Logistics and Supply chain (B2B &amp; B2C) knowledge.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.</li></ul>
