Job Description
<p>We are looking for a tech-savvy E-Commerce graphic designer, front-end developer, and data entry specialist to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating customer needs and user expectations into interactive web apps. You will be an exceptional problem solver and take responsible actions in ensuring the application is optimized both in technology and in delivering the best user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketers and copywriters, with the goal of creating visually and creatively stunning media that motivates vendors and buyers to go down the e-commerce marketing path related to the TijaraHub platform.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.</li><li>Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemap.</li><li>Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets</li><li>Comprehensive, aesthetically pleasing design for e-commerce marketing funnel, including designing ads for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms, email, landing pages, and other digital channels. With strong examples of B2B work.</li><li>Build page navigation buttons and search fields.</li><li>Leverage the use of data, research and customer insights to drive aesthetic design, and provide guidance to marketing partners on overall campaign look and feel.</li><li>Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like</li><li>Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)</li><li>Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)</li><li>Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.</li><li>Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>E-Commerce experience in both web and mobile interface.</li><li>Strong examples of B2B work</li><li>2-10 years of experience in graphic and web design, including designing video and digital ads for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms, as well as designing landing pages, emails and online ads</li><li>Preferred education: Typically, a Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma, Filmora, Instapage and Canva</li><li>Preferable to have Working knowledge with AI technology such as Boolv, FlexClip, Kleap, Flowbite and logoai</li><li>Preferable to have Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.</li><li>Data entry of products into Tijarahub platform.</li><li>NOTE: Please share with your CV, your portfolio link with work history.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Specific knowledge & skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Ability to use vector-format designs as well as incorporate photography into designs.</li><li>Strong ability to translate requirements into design.</li><li>Ability to manage the creative conceptualization, development and asset production of several campaigns at once.</li><li>Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple business partners.</li><li>Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences.</li><li>Ability to accept and incorporate feedback on work in a positive and open-minded manner.</li><li>Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and high attention to detail.</li></ul>
