To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E<p><br></p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><p><br></p>The <strong>Tender Finance and SCM Responsible</strong> will have as main responsibility:<p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible to ensure that all tenders are properly costed, including with 3rd party quotations. </li><li>Align forecast with SIOP process.</li><li>Ensure alignment and drive process improvements with all key stakeholder departments, e.g. Finance, SCM, Credit, Project Management, Sales, and IT. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure proper costing and tracking by tender for all costs.</li><li>Assist with sourcing and onboarding suppliers and ensure 3rd party quotes for all non-Eaton supply as part of tenders.</li><li>Maintains a list of eligible vendors, particularly for upcoming bids.</li><li>Communicate with vendors as needed during the tender process, such as non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest, etc.</li><li>Regularly review projects tender forecast and make sure aligned with and feeding Eaton SIOP process</li><li>Support tender design to optimize cash flow and forecast how this will look based on payment applications forecast and terms. </li><li>Review incoming and updates for project tenders and Identify any financial risks and/or opportunities around financial aspects.</li><li>At handover, support the process to ensure accurate order entry.</li><li>Develop working knowledge (up to expert) for Eaton financial systems and processes – such as SAP. Support development and adaptation of such tools for project specific requirements</li><li>Develop general finance training for sales, application (D&B) engineers, and others to help them understand what to look for and manage to help optimize Eaton cash flow and reduce risk.</li><li>Provide monthly reporting out for the in progress tender backlog financials (forecast / risks / opportunities).</li><li>Create and maintain standardized work documents that detail the finance tender process and procedures. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in finance</li><li>Minimum 5 years working in finance or related fields. </li><li>Experience with SAP highly desirable. </li><li>Working with other financial software tools a plus.</li><li>Experience working on major project finances a major plus</li><li>Experience working with onboarding suppliers and/or negotiating deals a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Eaton financial systems or similar</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills – Proven track record of achieving objectives and solving problem</li><li>Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication and influencing skills </li><li>Ability to negotiate and drive issues to a conclusion.</li><li>Capable to use Eaton tools such as C360</li><li>Customer / people skills</li><li>Fluent English. </li><li>Intercultural awareness. </li><li>A high level of personal integrity and ethics and commitment to “Doing business right”</li></ul>
