<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>With direct supervision, contributes to analyse and resolve specific client concerns; serves<p><br></p>as liaison between commercial team, quality assurance, operations, engineering, and<p><br></p>measurement science teams with regards to internal and external client projects. Works<p><br></p>cross team to provide a professional, clear response on all client queries.<p><br></p><ul><li> Supports GBS CSE’s in providing technical consultation to solve MSci-related issues</li><li> Partners with Operations team to research and provide local knowledge</li><li> Collaboratively creates and manages projects, from timeline creation to project completion,</li></ul><p><br></p>managing expectations with manager and customer.<p><br></p><ul><li> Contributes to analytical projects from beginning to end; including developing analytical</li></ul><p><br></p>plan, running analyses, and summarizing results.<p><br></p><ul><li> Compiling and delivering documentation material such as power point slides for</li></ul><p><br></p>methodology questions and/or frequently asked questions; supporting basic client service<p><br></p>duties as needed; and participating in team projects and staff meetings.<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in business management, economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or a related field</li><li>Masters degree in an above mentioned field</li><li>1-3 years cross-function experience</li><li>Broad industry knowledge</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written skills</li><li>Strong statistical and logic skills</li><li>Exceptional aptitude for data analysis</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and Word</li><li>SPSS or SAS skills</li><li>Microsoft Access database knowledge</li><li>Visual basic programming</li><li>Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Additional Information</strong><p><br></p><strong>About NIQ</strong><p><br></p>NIQ, the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, reveals new pathways to growth for retailers and consumer goods manufacturers.
