Provide personalized services, ensuring client satisfaction &amp; loyalty. Acted as the primary point of contact, effectively addressing inquiries &amp; concerns. </li><li> Assisting with client onboarding: Facilitated smooth client onboarding process, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements &amp; documentation verification. Resolve any account-related issues promptly. </li><li> Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, &amp; ensuring high client satisfaction levels. </li><li> Engaging in continuous learning &amp; professional development to stay updated with industry trends &amp; advancements. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business</li><li>3+ years’ of sales experience in FOREX and CFD</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Solid network of existing and potential clients and connection</li><li>Self driven, self motivated individual with positive attitude who never stop to learn and expand their knowledge</li></ul><p><br></p>
