<br><p><strong>Objective:</strong><span>&nbsp; The objective is to achieve an X revenue targets by December 31, 2025, with a target of gross profit margin. This will be accomplished through the acquisition and management of Kaizen customers’ units, with a goal of signing up X number of units at a price of AED X per unit.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Acquisition and Onboarding: Actively acquire and onboard new units from Kaizen customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.</span></li><li><span>Retention and Occupancy: Maintain a high retention rate of 95% by providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing any concerns. Aim for a minimum occupancy rate of 95% on a month-to-month basis, with the goal of minimizing the average days on the market.</span></li><li><span>Preferred Choice: Establish Kaizen as the top choice for existing tenants seeking rental properties. Foster trust and satisfaction among our current customers to encourage them to continue leasing from Kaizen.</span></li><li><span>Cost Optimization: Optimize the Cost of Customer Acquisition (CAC) by leveraging the extensive Kaizen customer network and encouraging referrals. Implement efficient strategies to attract new customers while keeping expenses in check.</span></li><li><span>Extended Tenure: Focus on increasing the average duration of stay within Kaizen buildings, aiming for a remarkable X-year average. Enhance the overall experience to encourage long-term tenancy.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Strong Leadership.</span></li><li><span>Excellent Sales &amp; Customer Service Experience Experience.</span></li><li><span>Leading &amp; Property Management Background.</span></li><li><span>Minimum of 10 years of experience.</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
