In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our institutional client base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption of Plutus as the go-to platform for tokenizing real-world assets. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and establishing Plutus as a leader in the blockchain and DeFi industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>●&nbsp;Business Development: Identify, target, and engage with institutional clients, including financial institutions, asset managers, investment funds, and other key stakeholders in the financial industry.</p><p>●&nbsp;Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to foster collaboration and drive mutually beneficial business opportunities.</p><p>●&nbsp;Deal Negotiation and Closing: Lead the negotiation and closing process for new business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Zebec and its clients.</p><p>●&nbsp;Revenue Generation: Meet or surpass revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by effectively promoting the benefits of Plutus and its tokenization capabilities to potential clients.</p><p>●&nbsp;Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new market opportunities and optimize Plutus and Zebec’s positioning.</p><p>●&nbsp;Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, legal and technology to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to the management team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p><p>● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of business development experience, preferably with some experience in the crypto/blockchain industry, with a proven track record of successfully bringing in new business, negotiating and closing deals.</p><p>●&nbsp;Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the crypto/blockchain space, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenization.
