We are on the hunt for a proactive and driven Global Director of Human Resources to shape and nurture our multicultural talent and support our growth trajectory.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>As the Global Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global HR strategy. Your responsibilities will include driving global recruitment, cross-cultural and transversal HR management, leadership development, and implementing strategic training programs. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and a vision for establishing our HR infrastructure for long-term success.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive global HR strategy, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Spearhead cross-cultural and transversal HR initiatives that support our global team.</li><li>Lead global talent acquisition efforts to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.</li><li>Facilitate leadership and management development programs.</li><li>Design, implement, and monitor training and educational programs to meet organizational needs.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the COO and other key stakeholders to integrate HR and operational strategies.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration and synergy between the corporate office and operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Significant experience in a similar role, with a track record of building an HR department for a global remote workforce and/or outsourcing locations.</li><li>Expertise in managing cross-cultural HR, with specific experience in South America and Serbia.</li><li>Demonstrable execution-focused mindset.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills.</li><li>A natural inclination towards caring for people in an active and meaningful way.</li><li>A self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Personal Attributes:</strong></p><p>We appreciate candidates who display a hunger for success and an entrepreneurial drive.
