CME – eCommerce Coordinator

Job Description

You’ll find leaders who give you the freedom to explore new things and a team where knowledge is shared openly.<br><br><strong>Operations &amp; Customer Service<br></strong><ul><li>Coordinate with warehouse, last-mile &amp; IT service providers for a smooth operation &amp; customer experience.</li><li>Order management processes.</li><li>Work with internal teams for stock forecasting &amp; inventory management.</li><li>Manage customer service touchpoints ensuring with a high-level of efficiency &amp; effectiveness.<br></li></ul><strong>Sales &amp; Marketing<br></strong><ul><li>Review website content &amp; user journey to identify any errors, areas of improvement or friction.</li><li>Use customer feedback &amp; listening tools to provide insights.</li><li>Co-ordinate with internal teams for new product launches.</li><li>Provide marketing support for communities, CRM &amp; internal processes.<br></li></ul><strong>Reporting<br></strong><ul><li>Maintain &amp; develop relevant business reports using tools like Google Analytics, Excel etc.</li><li>Market research.</li></ul> <strong>What we ask<br></strong><ul><li>Relevant recognized formal qualifications (University level) – Mandatory.</li><li>Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in eCommerce.</li><li>High level of written and spoken communication in English (Arabic preferred).</li><li>Strong skills in Excel &amp; other MS Office applications.</li></ul> <strong>You will need<br></strong><ul><li>Strong interpersonal &amp; communication skills.</li><li>Creative thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude.</li><li>High attention to detail2.</li></ul> Canon is enriching lives and businesses in incredible new ways.
