Job Description
<p>We’re looking for Sales Executive preferably a candidate with related experience or knowledge of construction tools, construction equipment’s, consumables and building material to join our sales team. But this is no ordinary sales job, as ours is a uniquely high-performing and supportive working culture.</p><p><br></p><p>As a sales executive, you’ll be out and about visiting our customers to grow and develop your own customers. You will find yourself in a variety of places such as construction sites, factories or in offices and warehouses.</p><p><br></p><p>Our sales model is about professional consultative selling. It means to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while also selling the services and after-care that come with the Tool World name. Far from traditional sales, it’s about nurturing relationships with our customers, and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Visit Construction sites and understand project requirements and recommend suitable products.</li><li>Visit Construction procurement team to understand requirements and submit offers. </li><li>Follow up on submitted offers and closing the sales.</li><li>Following up with customer service team and dispatch team to make sure timely deliveries to customers.</li><li>Follow up on payments with customers on sales completed. </li><li>Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts</li><li>Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives.</li><li>Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales with related experience and knowledge of construction tools, consumables, building material.</li><li>Valid Saudi Driving License</li><li>Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Note: Please complete the survey form to be considered for this position</p>
