Mercer works with clients to solve their most complex benefit and human capital issues, designing and helping manage career, health, and wealth.<p><br></p><strong>We will count on you to</strong>:<p><br><br></p><ul><li>Analyze qualitative and quantitative information by identifying trends and issues from information gained during focus groups, interviews, and meetings/research</li><li>Provide client support by engaging in routine contact with clients and vendors</li><li>Conduct research on human capital topics and relevant industries, using internet and internal databases to gather information on current and prospective clients</li><li>Review RFPs and develop proposals</li><li>Participate in business development activities including scheduling and attending pitch meetings</li><li>Attend meetings and propose optimal project scope and approach, timeline, resources and fees</li><li>Provide support to consultants and project managers </li><li>Assist in preparing client presentations/reports, including creating exhibit/visual aids to effectively communicate analytical findings, by using MS Office for review by more senior consultants<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What you need to have:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering</li><li>Intellectual curiosity, an ability to learn quickly, creative and critical thinking, as well as having proactive problem solving skills</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative along with expert proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>About us:</strong><p><br></p>At Mercer, we recognize that our most important asset is our people.
