<p>• Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer’s relationship within the commercial FM industry </p><p>• Generate project/business opportunities and RFP’s through customer contact to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies.</p><p>• Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the Deal”</p><p>• Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals </p><p>• Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments </p><p>• Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations</p><p>• Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format </p><p>• Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed</p><p>• Liaise internally with other departments such as Commercial, Operation, Finance, Human Resources </p><p>• Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues </p><p>• Assess the targeted quality of business </p><p>• Responsible for selling Soft & Hard Service Contracts to new clients and upgrading the contract value of the existing clients by offering more services and retrofit jobs.</p><p>• Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events</p><p>• Responsible for structuring and negotiating business and technical terms to close deals with strategic partners</p><p>• Prepared and finalized <strong>sales</strong> tools and business operating procedures like Brochure, Flyers, Survey Process & other tools for enhancing <strong>sales</strong> and minimizing operating cost.</p><p>• Delivering effective communication with members of <strong>sales</strong>/marketing/service team to maximize all <strong>sales</strong> potential and provide training on lead generations, follow ups and order closing.</p><p>• Responsible in getting new maintenance contracts and secure existing contracts. </p><p>• Responsible for identifying and managing <strong>sales</strong> opportunities.</p><p>• Managing the <strong>sales</strong> process to a successful conclusion.</p><p>• Provide leadership and training to the <strong>Sales</strong> team.</p><ul><li>Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.</li><li>Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.</li><li>Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.</li><li>Implement performance plans according to company procedure.</li><li>Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.</li><li>Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.</li><li>Train and ensure adherence to sales process.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree – business and marketing majors preferred.</li><li>Three to five years in a sales representative role within FM, O&M industry preferred.</li><li>One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.</li><li>Strong intrapersonal skills.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.</li><li>Positive and enthusiastic.</li></ul><li><br></li>
