The Drilling Rig Foreman will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of drilling operations, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage and lead a drilling crew, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and protocols;</li><li>Oversee drilling operations and coordinate with on-site management;</li><li>Ensure timely completion of drilling operations and optimize resources to meet production targets;</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance personnel for regular servicing and maintenance of drilling equipment;</li><li>Maintain accurate drilling records and reports;</li><li>Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and minimize the environmental impact of drilling activities;</li><li>Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent;</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 2 years of experience as a drilling foreman;</li><li>Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and techniques;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents;</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills;</li><li>Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions under pressure;</li><li>Good physical condition and able to work in remote locations and harsh weather conditions.</li></ul>
