Field Compliance Coordinator

Eram Talent, a talent acquisition consultancy that specializes in the oil and energy industry, is currently seeking a Field Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with policies and procedures for a new oil and gas project. The coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on all aspects of field compliance, including safety regulations and environmental impact, in line with the company’s commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain compliance systems for the project</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate risks</li><li>Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters</li><li>Monitor and report on health and safety aspects of the project</li><li>Review and update project documents related to compliance</li><li>Collaborate with external regulators and auditors as required</li><li>Report on compliance performance to senior management</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field</li><li>8+ years of experience in compliance roles within the oil and gas industry</li><li>Experience in health and safety in the oil and gas industry.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li></ul>
