<p>Position Overview:</p><p>Zest Luxury Properties is looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in both Google Ads and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. As a key member of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will contribute to the growth of our organization by leveraging data-driven strategies, innovative techniques, and advanced SEO knowledge.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Google Ads Campaign Management:</p><p> – Develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping.</p><p> – Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to optimize conversions and ROI.</p><p> – Perform keyword research and ad copywriting to ensure high-quality and relevant ads.</p><p><br></p><p>2. SEO Strategy Development and Implementation:</p><p> – Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and driving targeted traffic.</p><p> – Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking, to improve search engine visibility.</p><p> – Implement on-page optimization techniques, such as optimizing page load speed, improving site structure, and enhancing user experience.</p><p> – Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile, including link-building and outreach campaigns.</p><p> – Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:</p><p> – Regularly track and analyze key performance metrics for Google Ads and SEO efforts, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.</p><p> – Prepare comprehensive reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Landing Page Optimization:</p><p> – Collaborate with the web development team to improve landing page experiences to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.</p><p><br></p><p>5. A/B Testing:</p><p> – Plan and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to identify best-performing variations.</p><p><br></p><p>6. Budget Management:</p><p> – Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring the allocation of resources is optimized for maximum impact across Google Ads and SEO campaigns.</p><p><br></p><p>7. Stay Up-to-date with Industry Trends:</p><p> – Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to both Google Ads and SEO to adapt strategies accordingly.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Education and Experience:</p><p> – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.</p><p> – Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on Google Ads management and SEO implementation.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Google Ads and SEO Proficiency:</p><p> – Demonstrated proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Google Ads certification is a strong plus.</p><p> – Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices. Experience with SEO tools is highly desirable.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Analytical Skills:</p><p> – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions for both Google Ads and SEO efforts.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Communication and Collaboration:</p><p> – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Result-oriented:</p><p> – A track record of achieving marketing KPIs and meeting targets through both Google Ads and SEO efforts.</p><p><br></p><p>6. Technical Proficiency:</p><p> – Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and tracking mechanisms related to both Google Ads and SEO.</p><p><br></p><p>7.
