<strong>About The Job</strong><p><br></p><strong>Trends & Insights </strong> Lead trend analysis and foresight initiatives, leveraging market research and consumer insights to proactively identify emerging market trends.<p><br></p><strong>Portfolio Strategy</strong> Drive strategic optimization of the category & brands portfolio<p><br></p><strong>Obppc & Pricing strategy</strong> Develop and oversee strategic plans for optimizing Occasions, Brands, Prices, Packs, and Channels (OBPPC) to maximize market penetration, value, and profitability for the company.<p><br></p><strong>Category & Consumer Strategy </strong>Develop comprehensive category strategies that effectively target consumer segments<p><br></p><strong>Brands & Communication</strong> Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective communication.<p><br></p><strong>Shopper & Retailers</strong> Drive the development of shopper-focused strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience, to optimize assortments, promotions, and customer engagement strategies by channels.<p><br></p><strong>Innovation & Growth hacking</strong> Identify white spaces and capitalizing on growth opportunities through data-driven decision-making, creative problem-solving by testing & learning in an agile way.<p><br></p><strong>Market intelligence & performance monitoring </strong>Establish robust market intelligence systems to gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.<p><br></p><strong>About You</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong Leadership skills & people management experience</li><li>Cross functional collaboration competencies (marketing, sales, communication, R&I, Global Marketing & Sales)</li><li>10 years min of experience</li><li>communication, english speaking </li><li>Agency and partner management</li></ul> About us<p><br></p>At Centrale Danone, we believe that each time we eat and drink, we can vote for the world we want.
