<p>Senior Application Support Engineer performs a variety of implementation, deployments, and troubleshooting requiring a wide knowledge of company products, database engines, operating systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The senior Application Support Engineer, as part of the team, will be responsible for:</p><p>Company application administration Deploy, configure, integrate and test the implemented solution based on Technical and Business requirements.</p><p>Company application troubleshooting and supporting during use test environment and production.</p><p>Execution of DB scripts/extracts as needed.</p><p>React to High Severity issues technical situation that requires immediate attention.</p><p>Work with multiple teams for the successful resolution of issues and incidents.</p><p>Open to flexible working conditions including after-hours scheduled application maintenance and support.</p><p>Work on-premises and/or customer site.</p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.</li></ul><p><strong>Years of Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant (5-7) years of experience</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in relational database Engines (SQL Server). This includes the ability to write SQL queries.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to Work Under Pressure</li><li>Self-motivated professional to work with minimal direction with effective time management skills</li><li>Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Innovative thinker</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li></ul>
