<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a creative Product Designer specializing in mobile design to join adam.ai in crafting the optimal meeting experience for our users worldwide. You will be closely collaborating with the team to build our platform’s end-to-end user experience. Your primary focus is to ensure the quality of our user experience and translate our product’s vision and goals into seamless beautifully designed software our users will love. Your commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on mobile application design for iOS and Android platforms.</li><li>Solid understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines and best practices</li><li>Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices applied across multiple platforms (web, tablet, and mobile)</li><li>Hands-on experience in wireframing, UX research, user journey mapping, user interface design, responsive design, and usability testing</li><li>Proficient knowledge in UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma</li><li>Fundamental understanding of graphic design principles including typography, layout and composition</li><li>Driven by close collaboration and a proactive team player in a cross-functional team</li><li>Familiarity with front-end development technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and English skills (oral and written)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Designing an end-to-end user experience of the product (wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, user journeys, and flows, micro-interactions) for iOS and Android platforms.</li><li>Delivering product features to engineering teams with full auditing</li><li>Engaging in and conducting user research, interviews, validation, and usability testing practices</li><li>Actively collaborating with the team in feature ideation, brainstorming, and improving the product’s user experience</li><li>Researching trends and best practices in UI/UX and visual design</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who are we?</strong></p><ul><li>A promising company in the Future of Work domain that provides an innovative all-in-one meeting platform</li><li>A proud company of Atlassian’s Ventures portfolio companies</li><li>A healthy environment to work, learn, develop your skills, and have fun</li></ul>
