<p>Baraka Real Estate Development is looking for confident and motivated broker’s account manager , with real estate experience, to join our team. Based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the individual will be responsible for selling the Company’s property portfolio, ensuring maximum profitability, and managing the full sales process with the agents, through to closing the sale. <strong>Please note that this position is related to sales (not marketing, not accounts and finance) </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Visiting Agents’/brokers’ offices, meeting the focal point and the team and get them more engaged with the company.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Registering new Agents/brokers locally and internationally.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Following up with the brokers to sign the agreement in order to complete the registration.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conducting product knowledge and training sessions.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sending the updated marketing materials to brokers.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creating brokers WhatsApp groups and send them the updates regularly.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent</p><p>· Russian speaker</p><p>· Fluent English</p><p>· 3 years experience in the field </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Confidence and gravitas to encourage doing the right thing</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creative, proactive and enthusiastic, bringing new ideas to the table</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Able to present ideas and views clearly and with confidence to people at all levels</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High level of attention to detail</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Flexible, adaptable and a good team leader</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An excellent level of understanding of UAE Real Estate market</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An excellent understanding of the professional services sales process</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good writing skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrable network of Real Estate contacts</p>
