<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our Banking &amp; Financial Products Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from launch onwards, with a specific emphasis on consumer onboarding, preparing product-process flows, and establishing standard operating procedures. This role requires a blend of, banking and financial services, business acumen, technical knowledge, and robust project management skills. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of mortgage loans, equity release, and investment structured products.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>1. Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative Financial products, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.</p><p>2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to define product specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.</p><p>3. Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and maximizing customer satisfaction.</p><p>4. Design and establish product-process flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.</p><p>5. Oversee all aspects of product launch, including stakeholder coordination, marketing strategy development, and execution of launch plans.</p><p>6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.</p><p>7. Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and resource availability.</p><p>8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tools for the product.</p><p>9. Monitor product performance and usage to deliver on financial goals and customer satisfaction metrics.</p><p>10. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape the product’s future direction.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA Finance, or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.</p><p>2. Minimum of 5 years experience in product management, preferably within the <span> Banking &amp; Finance </span>industry.</p><p>3. Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful FinTech products throughout their lifecycle.</p><p>4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, mortgage loans, equity release, investment structured products, and market trends.</p><p>5. Demonstrable experience in establishing product-process flows and SOPs.</p><p>6. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.</p><p>7. Exceptional project management and communication skills.</p><p>8. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.</p><p>9. Experience with product management software and tools.</p><p>10. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.</p><p>11.
