We are a communications agency that believes that conversations are integral parts of storytelling.</strong> We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about the clients they serve , who is fiercely curious and excited by working out how to do things differently</p><p><br></p><p>You will have a strategic role in account management that will primarily involve building client relationships, developing new business, driving account strategy & planning, digital marketing strategy.</p><p><br></p><p>Eventually, you should be able to contribute to business growth through revenue generation, creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client success</li><li>Prioritize and manage clients’ expectations</li><li>Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver on client requirements</li><li>Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs.</li><li>Maximize team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all teamwork in progress. Effectively delegate to team members and manage team workload.</li><li>Be actively involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams.</li><li>Monitoring the success of campaigns</li><li>Route and oversee strategic and creative process, allocate & assign creative resources, and coordinate with data, strategy social and creative teams</li><li>Tracking every media purchase, overall account performance to meet revenue targets.</li><li>Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting their accounts, and developments in the wider advertising and communications industry.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years in client services/account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client side marketing department with a strong working knowledge of Online and offline creative development, Digital Marketing, Multichannel/Integrated Marketing, Campaign management</li><li>A solid understanding of the dynamic interactive marketing industry (and the ability to “connect-the-dots” across channels and touch points</li><li>An exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering, and positive attitude</li><li>Direct experience with PPC, SEO, display/programmatic, social media advertising, marketing automation, and email campaign strategy and execution.</li><li>Has a proven track record of account management experience and/or team/department leadership experience with experience managing a team</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms</li></ul>
