<p>The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and employees.</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel to be based in [ Dubai ]. We offer a young, dynamic, and international corporate atmosphere and an engaging hands-on legal environment.</p><p> </p><p>As Legal Counsel you will be a member of our Legal Team, reporting to [ Legal director ] and working on a broad range of legal topics, including drafting sales contract, and corporate and governance matters.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities and Tasks</strong></p><p>1 Review and draft regular commercial contracts such as solar products sales contracts, non-disclosure agreement, MOU, etc., and support business team in major contract negotiation;</p><p>2 Provide legal advice and legal training to the business team with regard to regular sales business; </p><p>3 Collaborate with and manage outside counsel on an as-needed basis and cost control;</p><p>4 Assist business team in cost-effective and timely resolution of business disputes and lawsuits;</p><p>5 Support in daily legal research, provide advice on key legislative changes in [business law ], and implement legal risk prevention measures for the company;</p><p>6 Assist with corporate and governance matters;</p><p>7 Complete other daily tasks assigned by the company or the supervisor. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>1 Applicant must possess a [Master] degree, be duly licensed and authorized to practice law in [British law, American law, China law ], </p><p>At least [3] years’ experience at a [top] law firm with a focus on l [contract audit] and/or in-house environment; </p><p>2 possess a high degree of legal professional skill and a sophisticated understanding of the legal principles and technical aspects of compliance and corporate governance;</p><p>3 Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, and oral). Fluency in any other language is plus;</p><p>4 Strong legal research and writing skills;</p><p>5 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with the ability to work [flexible hours and across multiple time zones];</p><p>6 Good team player but able to work independently;</p><p>7 Ability to meet deadlines, to prioritize workload and function effectively in a multi-task environment;</p><p>8 Commercial awareness, with experience of working as part of an international team/business.</p><p></p>
