<p><strong>SYNTAX IT Group</strong> is seeking to recruit a talented and motivated <strong>ITSM Software Engineer</strong>, with experience on <strong><u>BMC Helix ITSM</u></strong> to join a professional services team – Public sector, in <strong>Qatar</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position</strong>:</p><p>The candidate will work in a highly motivating environment, which encourages team spirit, cooperation, and continuous learning, as a member of a very competent team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will include</strong>:</p><p>· Daily operational tasks for Remedy ITSM and Discovery.</p><p>· Administration, support and maintenance of Remedy ITSM and Discovery.</p><p>· Acting as single point of contact and handling communication with customer and BMC support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>·</strong>B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent academic qualifications.</p><p>·M.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Systems is considered a plus.</p><p>·3+ years of hands-on experience in similar roles.</p><p>·Very good knowledge of Remedy ITSM.</p><p>·Very good Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release, Service Request, CMDB).</p><p>·Very good Knowledge of Atrium Integration and Remedy Developer Studio.</p><p>·Experience and knowledge of configuration and administration in BMC Smart IT, Digital Workplace, DWP Catalog, Smart Reporting.</p><p>·Experience of Remedy integrations with 3rd party tools using Web services and APIs.</p><p>·Good knowledge of BMC Discovery.</p><p>·Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM containerized environment is considered a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Competencies and Skills desired:</strong></p><p>·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>·Excellent command of English language, along with effective communication and presentation skills.</p><p>·Ability to work independently or as part of a team.</p><p>·Knowledge of Arabic language is considered a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SYNTAX IT Group</strong> is a leading Information Technology Consulting Organization operating since 1984 in <strong>Greece</strong>, in the <strong>Arabian Gulf</strong> and in <strong>EU</strong>.
