A leading healthcare company in Qatar is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a healthcare background to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 360-degree HR knowledge that includes policies, procedures, recruitment, grading, compensation, and payroll.<p><br></p>Female candidates are encouraged to apply.<p><br></p>Qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR management, </li><li>Healthcare/ Pharma background is more preferable</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.</li><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Experience managing recruitment, employee grading, and compensation, payroll, employee relations, and HR data management.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br></li></ul>
