<p><strong>ROLE: DENTAL TELE-SALES SPECIALIST </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>If you find it challenging to handle tight deadlines and cope with the demanding sales pressure, this job may not be suitable for you.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Basic Qualifications &amp; Requirements -</p><ul><li>Excellent written and Top-notch verbal communication skills and presentation skills in English.</li><li>Experience in ZOHO CRM (Good to have)</li><li>Experience in US/UK market/s</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Basic Salary: 4000 – 5000 Moroccan Dirhams a month (based on experience)</p><p>Attractive Sales Commission: Up to 10,000 Moroccan Dirhams/per month</p><p><br></p><p>Scope of work -</p><p>- Manage Dental key accounts</p><p>- Develop, nurture &amp; close leads through sales processes</p><p>- Qualify and better understand client needs and communicate the company’s most relevant offers and service offerings to clinics. (including medical/dental clinics)</p><p>- Conduct consultative sales and execute the company’s sales process via lead generation, cold calling, inbound phone, and email channels</p><p><br></p><p>TOP 4 KPIs -</p><p>a) Complete a minimum of 500 calls per week</p><p>b) Complete minimum ‘350 minutes’ call duration per week</p><p>c) Updating the database, including email addresses and healthcare provider details.</p><p>d) Drive weekly sign-ups &amp; sales offers/promotions adoption</p><p><br></p><p>Working Days -</p><p><em>- Working hours UK time zone (9 am – 6 pm)</em></p><p>- 5.5 days a week (<em>Mon-Sat)</em></p>
