Today, we are looking for a Commercial Planning &amp; Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) Analytics Lead to join our team.<p><br></p>This role is based in Algiers, Algeria.<p><br></p>Your ‘day to day’<p><br></p><ul><li> Lead and enhance data collection processes related to field force performances, IMS, and commercial activities, via manual or digital automated templates/tools.</li><li> Conduct complex multi-brand/multi-region analysis to understand the size of the opportunity and define appropriate KPIs and measures of success.</li><li> Maintenance and development of dashboards for the KPIs follow-up to facilitate access to information and support the commercial and field team in the development of specific action plans</li><li> Development &amp; Follow-up of the Elite challenge, driving Field Force motivation</li><li> Answer to internal business requests using different source of data/information and support different stakeholders to assess actionable next steps</li><li> Continuously produce actionable information for, both, Field &amp; Marketing in support of Retain, Develop and Acquire initiatives</li><li> DTE database keeper, reporting, control, operational follow up &amp; process set up.</li><li> Support B2B2C on DTE execution control &amp; Level one issues resolving.</li><li> Scale up, retailers’ selection and registration to reach Monthly and yearly targets.</li><li> NPS weekly targets follow up &amp; response rate monitoring.</li></ul><p><br></p>Who we’re looking for<p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial / business Analysis</li><li> Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and data-driven thinking.</li><li> Ability to translate complex data to meaningful insights.</li><li> Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders and external business partners.</li><li> A keen sense of ownership, drive and scrappiness is a must.</li><li> Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)</li></ul><p><br></p>FIND A NEW PATH<p><br></p>PM Algeria offers you a fresh perspective.
