<p><strong>Domus Group</strong> is looking for an Events Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business and revenue for events/exhibitions/conferences.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Bringing in revenue through Exhibition Space & Conference Sponsorship Sales</li><li>Contacting the key clients</li><li>Maintaining good relationship with existing clients</li><li>Searching new clients or generating business via cold calling and networking</li><li>Building company’s database</li><li>Understand company’s full service offering</li><li>Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence</li><li>Use CRM daily to track opportunities for each event enquiry they receive.</li><li>Identify and act on opportunities to up-sell.</li><li>Follow up on previously hosted events for potential repeat business.</li><li>Capable to propose and present fantastic ideas for events based on solid research</li><li>Consulting with clients about every detail of an event to ensure that it runs smoothly</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Must have at least 2 years UAE experience with events, exhibitions and conferences</li><li>Strong team player</li><li>Clear and concise communicator</li><li>Driven and motivated</li><li>Strategic and proactive thinker</li><li>Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients</li><li>A background in hitting and exceeding sales targets</li><li>Must be able and willing to work on all events, including evenings and weekends</li><li>Event planning experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate must be in UAE. Salary will be discussed upon interview. </strong></p>
