Job Description
<p>The ideal candidate will have experience in all operational stages of the company formation. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Execute company formation and associated residency processes on behalf of InZone clients in a timely manner and according to clients’ requirements.</li><li>Handle license renewals for existing InZone clients and update company renewal reminders on the portal.</li><li>Prepare compliance check documents and send them to InZone compliance officer for review.</li><li>Coordinate and manage daily correspondence from clients and relevant authorities.</li><li>Meet with clients if and when required and providing them with information about various services’ process and cost.</li><li>Issuing invoices to InZone clients and filing tax invoices in both hard and soft copies.</li><li>Maintain up to date soft and hard copies for all relevant documents.</li><li>Effectively manage the clients’ accounts and support with providing additional services based on potential revenue targets set by Line Manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven working experience in the field of company formation and business setup.</li><li>Ability to write well and communicate effectively to all stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong fluency in verbal and written English.</li><li>Highly structed and detail oriented.</li></ul><p></p>
