<p>Job Description: Affiliated Sales Leader</p><p>As an Affiliated Sales Leader, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of affiliated sales representatives, fostering relationships with strategic partners, and developing effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities. </p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>路 Lead and motivate a team of affiliated sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.</p><p>路 Monitor sales performance, track metrics, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations. Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.</p><p>路 Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, businesses, and influencers. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.</p><p>路 Build strong relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, contracts, and commission structures.</p><p>路 Develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive sales growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.</p><p>路 Define sales targets, forecast sales volumes, and develop sales plans and budgets. Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies as necessary to stay competitive and achieve business objectives.</p><p>路 Monitor and analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales pipeline to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.</p><p>路 Provide recommendations for enhancing sales effectiveness, improving processes, and optimizing revenue generation.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Skills:</p><p>路 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</p><p>路 Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry or role.</p><p>路 Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.</p><p>路 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and team members.</p><p>路 Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team.</p><p>路 Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</p><p>路 Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems.</p><p>路 Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.</p><p>路 Flexibility to travel for meetings, conferences, and partner visits as required.</p>
