This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified professionals for various positions within the real estate company.</li><li>Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.</li><li>Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify potential candidates.</li><li>Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the process.</li><li>Provide timely feedback and guidance to hiring managers regarding candidate profiles, interviews, and selection decisions.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and extending offers of employment.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, industry events, and university partnerships.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other external partners to enhance candidate sourcing capabilities.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies to continuously improve the recruitment process.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in recruitment and talent acquisition are a plus.</li><li>Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role within the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai.</li><li>Deep understanding of the real estate industry and the specific skill sets required for various roles within the sector.</li><li>Familiarity with recruitment strategies and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media recruitment platforms, and job boards.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.</li><li>Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.</li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.</li><li>Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic, is highly desirable.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Join our team as a Recruitment Specialist and contribute to the growth and success of our real estate company.
